It was adopted as a supplemental reader for Primary 3 by the Ghana Education Service, and is currently under review by ministries of education/education boards in Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Niger, Rwanda, and South Africa. Pailey has also conducted Gbagba and Jaadeh! workshops for children in Brazil, Côte d’Ivoire, Jamaica, Kenya, Madagascar, Mozambique, Qatar, South Africa, the United Kingdom and United States.

Gbagba has featured prominently in London, UK, at TEDxEuston 2015; the Africa Writes literary festivals in 2015, 2017 and 2019; and the 2017 London Book Fair.
